You’ll do well to remember.

You’re not doing enough,
to take care of yourself physically. Rarely did. You were strong,
as a consequence of your Youth.
You sit for far too much time,
cannot hold yourself erect without having to keep adjusting yourself, and struggle
with that occasional backache that you can’t explain.
The feet hurt sooner than you’d think is a reasonable amount of time when you’re standing. Your neck, back, shoulders, gut are all soft and squishy.
Your fix is straightforward. It’s simple, really.
You’re just going to do some physical work every day. It’s mandatory.
